NEED FPR Adapter plate

Does anyone know where I can get the FPR adater plate that comes with the JRSC kit? I need one for a b18c. If anyone out there knows where I Can get this piece I really would appreciate it.

I'd be interested to know if they make a plate for the 2000 EX. The fuel hole is offset from the two mounting screws, both on the stock rail and the AEM rail.
